Deck & exterior

The T440's basic specification includes:

Hardtop, approximately 4.20 m long × 2.60 m wide
Protected helm station for skipper and co-skipper
Opening sections in the hardtop for ventilation
High forward bulwarks/freeboard
High stainless-steel guardrails
Large aft cockpit — approximately 6.8 m²
Modular cockpit arrangement
Cockpit table
Swimming ladder
Electric anchor windlass
Anchor
Deck/cockpit shower
Courtesy lighting
Automatic bilge pump
Shore-power connection
Water-pressure system/autoclave
Engine-compartment electric opening
Hydraulic trim tabs and indicators

The factory brochure specifically describes the cockpit as modular and the boat as having extensive under-deck storage.

Fishing equipment

The T440 is designed to be configured seriously for fishing. The factory brochure identifies:

Live-bait wells
Fish catch/fish boxes
Rod-holder arrangements
Working surfaces/work stations
Large storage under the cockpit sole
Side storage
Opening in the stern platform/transom area to facilitate loading large fish
Minn Kota preparation

However, this is where I would be careful: the brochure's wording is essentially "you can choose" the fishing equipment versus the cruising equipment. So I would have the dealer specify exactly which livewell, fishbox and rod-holder package is included in your particular build.

Cockpit / cruising

The cruiser configuration provides:

Large aft outdoor living area
C-shaped seating/dinette
Adjustable table
Convertible sofa/sunbed
Customizable upholstery
Protected dining area under the hardtop
Exterior cushions/sunpads
Large storage capacity

The brochure specifically describes the interior furnishings and fabrics as customizable.

Galley

The published T440 configuration includes:

Galley
2-burner glass-ceramic hob
Stainless sink
Mixer tap
50-L refrigerator
Dining/living area

The brochure describes the galley as part of the protected dinette.

Accommodation

The T440 has a much larger accommodation plan than the T370:

3 cabins
6 proper berths
Forward master cabin with double berth
Guest double cabin
Additional two berths aft of the companionway
2 heads
Private head serving the forward cabin
Guest head serving the other accommodation

The factory brochure explicitly describes this as effectively a three-bedroom arrangement with six real berths.

Interior
Wood interior finishes
Customizable fabrics
Interior lighting
Marine toilets
Shower facilities
12-V electrical outlets
220-V outlets
Hot-water system/boiler in documented configurations

440 Elba — options / selectable equipment

These are the items I would expect to be specified separately when ordering:

Fishing options
  • Additional live-bait well

  • Fish/catch tank configuration

  • Additional fish boxes

  • Additional rod holders

  • Fishing work surfaces

  • Fishing-oriented cockpit layout

  • Minn Kota preparation

  • Trolling/fishing equipment packages

The factory brochure explicitly talks about choosing between fishing-oriented equipment such as livewells, fishboxes and rod holders and cruising-oriented equipment such as sunbeds and upgraded upholstery.

Cruising / comfort options
  • Convertible cockpit sofa/sunbed

  • Different cockpit seating arrangements

  • Upgraded/custom upholstery

  • Custom wood finishes

  • Additional sunbathing arrangements

  • Television

  • Audio/Hi-Fi system

  • Additional refrigeration

  • BBQ/grill

The factory describes the interior fabrics and finishes as customizable rather than prescribing one fixed interior specification.

Navigation electronics

I would treat these as separate options unless included in your quote:

  • GPS/chartplotter

  • Radar

  • Autopilot

  • VHF

  • Depth sounder/fishfinder

  • Speed/log

  • Rudder-angle indicator

  • Engine displays/instrumentation

A documented T440 has all of these—GPS, radar, autopilot, VHF and depth sounder—but that's equipment on a particular boat, not evidence that all are factory-standard.

Maneuvering
  • Bow thruster

Again, bow thruster appears on documented T440 boats, but I would specify it separately in a new-build quotation.

Electrical / systems
  • Generator

  • Inverter

  • Additional battery capacity

  • Battery charger

  • Air conditioning

  • Heating

  • Watermaker

  • Additional hot-water capacity

  • Additional refrigeration
