Standard Equipment

INVICTUS TT 280S — STANDARD EQUIPMENT

The TT 280S comes with twin Yamaha outboards and a surprisingly good base specification.

Hull & exterior

Standard:

Personal White hull
Cognac upholstery
Teak bathing/swim platform
Teak gunwale
Stainless-steel oval-shaped bow pulpit
Electric anchor winch
Stainless-steel anchor
Aft freshwater shower
Retractable/rollaway boarding ladder
Cockpit storage lockers
Teak cockpit table
Cockpit courtesy lighting
Painted Yamaha engines

The teak swim platform is standard on the TT 280S. This is important because it is not necessarily standard on the regular TT 280.

Cockpit & seating — STANDARD

The standard boat includes:

Aft convertible sunpad
Stand-up helm/captain's position
Helm/storage cabinet
Integrated sink
Cockpit lockers
Teak cockpit table
Helm/console canvas
Sofa cover
Stand-up helm cover
Additional/service battery

The aft seating can be converted into a large sunbathing area.

Helm & steering — STANDARD

The TT 280S comes standard with:

Hydraulic steering
Adjustable steering
Painted Yamaha engines
Electric trim tabs/flaps
Service battery

However, Yamaha Helm Master EX with joystick and autopilot is an option, not standard.

That distinction is important when looking at a used TT 280S.

Cabin / WC — STANDARD

The forward enclosed area comes with:

Full cabin equipment
VacuFlush marine toilet
Forward WC/dressing/shower area

Invictus' technical table calls the boat "0 cabins / 0 toilets," but its equipment list explicitly includes the VacuFlush WC and full cabin equipment. In practical terms, you should consider it an enclosed head rather than a conventional sleeping cabin.

AUDIO — STANDARD

The current Invictus specification lists:

Fusion Hi-Fi
4 speakers
Cockpit courtesy lights

Older TT 280S listings/specifications sometimes show 2 speakers, so on a 2024/earlier boat I'd verify the actual build sheet.

Options & Part Number

This is where the TT 280S can become substantially more expensive.

1. HULL COLOURS

Standard:

Personal White

Current configurator options include:

  • Vanilla Sea

  • Dark Shadow

  • Dark Wood

  • Wild Bronze

  • Wild Bronze Extended

  • Heritage Mint

  • Heritage Mint Extended

  • Spectrum Blue

  • Spectrum Blue Extended

  • Attack Grey

The configurator also offers different waterline treatments.

2. UPHOLSTERY

The standard upholstery is Cognac.

Other upholstery/customization choices are available, including colours such as:

  • Cocoa

  • Eclipse

  • Warm Titanium

The exact upholstery combinations can depend on the selected hull/top configuration.

3. HARDTOP / CANOPY

This is one of the major options

.

Optional Carbon Hard-Top / Fulltop

The current configurator shows:

Standard: basic top configuration
Option: Fulltop

Additional canopy options are available, including a cockpit canopy with carbon masts. The cockpit canopy is not compatible with the Hard-Top.

A 2024 TT 280S example shows a carbon hardtop + aft cockpit canvas extension as an optional configuration.

4. COCKPIT OPTIONS

You can configure the cockpit considerably differently from the standard boat.

Optional:
  • Helm console kit

  • Extended forward seating

  • Additional front-seat kit

  • Forward sunpad extension

  • Teak cockpit

  • Cockpit refrigerator

  • Ice maker

  • Cockpit cooler

  • Drawer refrigerator

  • Electric cooking plate

  • Gas cooking kit

  • 230-V electrical system

  • Water heater

  • Side access steps

  • Perimeter bumper kit

  • Pouffe kit

  • Water-ski bar

The current option list specifically says the cockpit refrigerator is incompatible with the Hard-Top.

5. NAVIGATION / ELECTRONICS

These are options, not standard equipment.

Garmin GPS

Two current choices are listed:

Garmin GPSMAP 923 XS

  • 9-inch display

  • Transducer

or

Garmin GPSMAP 8140 XSV J1939

  • 10-inch display

  • Transducer

VHF

Garmin VHF 315i

Yamaha Helm Master EX

Optional:

  • Digital controls

  • Joystick

  • Autopilot

Bow thruster

Optional

Underwater lights

Optional

These are all specifically identified in the current option list.

6. BOW / FORWARD SEATING OPTIONS

The standard boat can be upgraded with:

  • Extended forward seating

  • Additional front seats

  • Forward sunpad extension

  • Helm console kit associated with the extended bow configuration

The current option list specifies that the front sunbathing extension requires the extended front seats and helm-console kit.

This is a significant option if you intend to use the boat primarily for entertaining and lounging.

7. REFRIGERATION & GALLEY

Not standard.

Available options include:

Refrigeration
  • Cockpit refrigerator

  • Drawer refrigerator

  • Cockpit cooler

Ice
  • Ice maker

Cooking
  • Electric cooking plate

  • Gas cooking kit

Electrical
  • 230-V electrical line

Hot water
  • Water heater

The ice maker and cooking plate require the appropriate 230-V electrical system. The water heater also requires the 230-V line.

8. WATERSPORTS

Optional:

Water-ski bar / tow bar

A 2024 heavily equipped TT 280S was specifically fitted with a ski tow bar.

9. TEAK

The teak bathing platform is standard.

Optional:

Teak cockpit

This is an important distinction when comparing boats.

A 2024 TT 280S, for example, could have:

  • Standard teak swim platform

  • Optional teak cockpit

So don't assume that a TT 280S with a teak cockpit has the factory-standard configuration—it may have the additional teak package.

10. PROTECTION / COVERS

Options include:

  • Docking protection kit

  • Perimeter bumper kit

  • Six-fender kit with protective socks

  • Six Invictus fenders

  • Complete protective cover

  • Invictus storage/bag

  • Steel cradle

The complete boat cover is not compatible with the Hard-Top.
