The Italian shipyard FIM adds to its collection with the introduction of their new 470 Regina. Featuring highly flexible and versatile design elements, this boat offers its passengers an unforgettable experience with the sea. The 470 Regina presents a truly remarkable design with its folding balconies and separable solarium, which give way for spacious central areas and improve accessibility and habitability. To make life even easier, the stern platform has been outfitted with a lifting system that simplifies launching and towing of small watercrafts like dinghys.
The real showstopper of the 470 Regina is found in its bow – the salon's solarium, which can be divided into two and shifted to the sides, creating a genuine beach club. Referred to as Bow Life, this area serves many purposes such as a small swimming pool, extra dining space with optional removable table, and even provides natural light for the forward cabin beneath bolstered glass.
The 470 Regina follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, the 340 Regina, designed by Paolo Ferragni of Ferragni Progetti. What sets it apart from other boats is its customizability – customers have the freedom to select from a range of materials, accessories, colors and motorizations to create their perfect vessel.
With the 470 Regina, Paolo Ferragni and his team at FIM wanted to create a boat that was both sporty and elegant, embodying the Made in Italy design and quality. Equipped with two Volvo Penta IPS 650 or IPS 800 engines, this 15-metre yacht can reach speeds of 39 knots. With their eye for detail, FIM has included a range of high-end accessories such as Artemide lamps inside and retractable cleats at the stern. They've also selected luxury upholstery created by one of Italy’s leading furniture manufacturers in the Brianza region. The 470 Regina is truly luxurious, demonstrating that style and performance can be combined in perfect harmony.
